Adivision Association values your support and understands that circumstances may change. Therefore, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Donations:

All donations made to Adivision Association are generally considered non-refundable. We rely on these contributions to support our vital programs and initiatives. However, we understand that exceptional situations may occur.

Refund Requests:

If you believe you have a valid reason for requesting a refund, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days from the date of your donation. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please send an email to info@adivisionassociation.org with the following information:

• Your full name
• The email address used for the donation
• The date and amount of the donation
• The transaction ID (if available)
• A clear and concise explanation of the reason for the refund request

Refund Processing:

Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it carefully. We may contact you for further information or clarification. If we approve your refund request, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the donation. Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.  

Exceptions:

In certain circumstances, such as technical errors or duplicate donations, we will gladly process a refund. Please contact us immediately if you encounter any such issues.
